Content & Community

This policy applies to everything on Kirdaar AI: messages you send, content you request from characters, images you upload, and characters you create — especially public ones other people can chat with.

• Storytelling and roleplay across every genre, including romance, horror, crime, war and morally complex characters.
• Characters inspired by history, fiction and public figures, as long as they're clearly fictional portrayals and follow the rules below.
• Mature and explicit themes between fictional adults — only for users who confirmed they are 18+ and turned on mature content.

• Any sexual content involving minors, including characters described as, implied to be, or role-played as under 18, “age-play”, or content that sexualises childlike traits. Zero tolerance: accounts are closed and we report to authorities where required.
• Sexual content about real, identifiable people, or intimate imagery of anyone without their consent.
• Content that promotes, glorifies or gives instructions for terrorism, violent extremism, mass-casualty weapons, or serious violence against real people.
• Encouraging or instructing self-harm, suicide or eating disorders.
• Harassment, threats, bullying, or hate against people based on protected characteristics.
• Sharing someone's private information (doxxing), or characters built around private individuals without their consent.
• Using characters to impersonate real people or organisations in ways meant to deceive — scams, fake endorsements, misinformation presented as fact.
• Illegal activity: buying or selling illegal goods, fraud, hacking, malware, spam.
• Content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark (see Copyright & Takedowns).

• Name, tagline and portrait must accurately represent the character. No misleading or shock thumbnails.
• Characters based on real public figures must be clearly fictional, and must not be sexualised or used to spread falsehoods about them.
• Keep explicit content out of public names, taglines, greetings and portraits — those are visible to everyone.
• Don't publish characters designed to break these rules or to get around model safety settings for prohibited content.

Depending on severity, we may:

• remove a message, image or character, or hide a character from discovery;
• restrict features or remove mature-content access;
• suspend or permanently close an account;
• preserve evidence and report to law enforcement where required or where someone is at risk.

We look at reports and context; automated tools may help, but humans make account-level decisions.
