Kirdaar AI respects intellectual property. Users must not upload, publish or request content that infringes copyright, trademark or other rights, including copying substantial parts of books, scripts or other works through characters.

When you submit a book you confirm you have the right to use it this way. Submissions are private and reviewed by our team before any character is made from them; we remove books — and characters built on them — when we receive a valid notice or find they infringe.

Email [legal@yourdomain.com] with the subject “Copyright notice” and include:

• your name and contact details, and who you're acting for if it isn't you;
• a description of the work you believe is infringed;
• exactly where the material is on the Service (a character link, screenshot, or description we can locate);
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
• a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for them;
• your physical or electronic signature.

We review valid notices promptly, remove or disable access to the material where appropriate, and tell the user responsible. Notices that are clearly incomplete or abusive may be declined.

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or you have permission, email us with the details, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error, your consent to the jurisdiction in section 15 of the Terms, and your signature. We may restore it unless the complainant tells us they've started legal action.

We close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe others' rights.
