Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Ldelight Solutions Pvt Ltd(“we”, “us”), located at [Registered address], covering your use of Kirdaar AI— the website, apps and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Content & Community Policy and AI Disclaimer, which form part of them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

• You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live. We ask for your date of birth at sign-up to confirm this; we record only that you confirmed, not the date itself.
• You're responsible for your account and everything done with it. Keep your sign-in details and any access tokens private and tell us promptly if you suspect misuse.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date. One person per account; don't share or sell accounts.
• We may refuse, suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put others at risk.

Kirdaar AI lets you chat with AI-powered characters — built-in ones, ones made by other users, and ones you create. Replies are produced by third-party AI models accessed through Hugging Face Inference Providers (or another endpoint we configure). Characters can draw on reference material, including books added by our administrators.

The Service changes over time. We may add, change or remove features, models or characters, and we don't promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

• Characters are not real people, even when they are based on or named after real people or existing fictional characters. They don't speak for those people or rights-holders.
• Output is generated automatically and can be inaccurate, offensive, biased, or completely made up. Don't rely on it for medical, legal, financial, mental-health or other professional decisions.
• Some models are "unfiltered" and apply little or no content filtering. They are only available if you opt in to mature content, and you choose to use them at your own discretion.
• If a conversation leaves you distressed or in crisis, stop and contact local emergency services or a crisis line. See the AI Disclaimer.

“Your Content” means what you submit: messages, images you upload, and the characters you create (their names, descriptions, instructions and greetings). You keep ownership of Your Content.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, reproduce and display Your Content, and to send it to AI model providers, solely to operate, secure and improve the Service. For characters you make public, this licence also lets other users chat with them. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep for legal reasons or backups that are deleted on their normal cycle.

You confirm you have the rights to everything you submit, and that it follows our Content & Community Policy.

• You can submit books (PDF or text) so our team can create characters from them. Only submit works you wrote, that are in the public domain, or that you're licensed to use this way — you confirm this each time you upload.
• Submissions are private. We process them to review and build characters, and nobody else can read or download them.
• An administrator reviews every submission. We may approve, decline or remove any book at our discretion, including after approval, and we'll tell you why when we decline.
• Characters we create from your book may be allocated to your account only, or published for everyone — we'll show which in your account. Characters marked 18+ are only shown to adults who opted in.
• You can withdraw a submission at any time from your account. That deletes the book and stops characters from drawing on it.

You agree not to:

• create, request or share any sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises minors — including fictional characters described as or appearing to be under 18. This is zero-tolerance and may be reported to authorities.
• use the Service for anything illegal, or to harass, threaten, defame, dox or impersonate real people in a way that misleads others;
• try to extract other users' data, break security, probe or overload the Service, or get around rate limits, credits or bans;
• scrape the Service, or use it to build a competing product or train AI models without our written permission;
• upload malware or content you don't have the rights to.

To keep the Service safe we may review content — including conversations — when it's reported, when we detect possible abuse, or when the law requires it. Authorised administrators can read conversations for these purposes. We may remove or hide content or characters, and suspend or close accounts, with or without notice where appropriate. You can report content from inside any chat.

Some models cost credits per message. You may buy credit packs or connect your own Hugging Face token (in which case usage is billed by Hugging Face to you, under their terms). Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred, and are covered by our Payments & Refundspolicy. Prices may change; changes won't affect credits you already hold.

The Service, its design, code and branding belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Service as these Terms allow. Built-in characters and reference material may be subject to third-party rights. To report infringement, see Copyright & Takedowns.

The Service relies on third parties, including AI model providers reached through Hugging Face, payment processing by Stripe (when enabled) and optional sign-in with Google. Their services are governed by their own terms, and we aren't responsible for them.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive (licences needed to process deletions, disclaimers, limits of liability, disputes) survive termination.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or the equivalent of USD 50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by [Governing law, e.g. the laws of India], and disputes will be handled by [Courts with jurisdiction, e.g. the courts of Bengaluru], unless the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring claims elsewhere. We'd rather sort things out informally first — email us and we'll try.

We may update these Terms. For material changes we'll ask you to review and accept the new version the next time you use the Service; if you don't accept, you can close your account. The effective date at the top shows the current version.
